1)Efficiently and effectively fill open
Mandates
2) Conduct regular follow up with client
3) Screening and short listing the
candidate
4) Lineup the candidate for interview
5) Headhunting the quality & Exp. Candidate
6) To assure the TAT as per Client
7)Target achievement of temp and perm on
numbers and revenue of the team
8) Co – ordinating with customer and
raising the invoices for the position closed by team
9) Build network to find quality passive
candidate
10) Adhere to quality norms, Company
policies and processes
11) Adhere to daily MIS Reporting
